血液灌流联合血液透析救治急性重度有机磷农药中毒的临床护理

Clinical Nursing of Hemoperfusion Combined with Hemodialysis Treated Acute Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

目的:探讨血液灌流联合血液透析抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者的临床护理。方法:对51例急性重度有机磷农药中毒患者进行血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,同时加强观察和临床护理。结果:经过积极救治,有48例治愈出院,另有3例因出现多器官功能障碍死亡,抢救成功率为94.12%。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析是抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒的有效方法,高质优质的临床护理是抢救成功的重要保证。

Objective： To explore the clinical nursing of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treated acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning Methods：51 cases of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning patients with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis treatment, while strengthening and clinical observation. Results： After active treatment ,48 patients were cured and discharged from hospital ,3 cases died of multiple organ dysfunction occurred, survival rate was 94. 12%. Conclusion：Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is the rescue of severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning effective way to, high - quality clinical care is an important guarantee for successful treatment.
