人才培养模式多样化是社会、学校和学生的共同需求,是地方工科院校发展的必由之路。近年来,淮阴工学院在逐步完善本科教学体系过程中,积极推进人才培养模式的改革,努力构建了切合自身办学定位、具有自身特色的多样化人才培养模式,实现了培养目标多元化、课程结构模块化、培养方式多样化、培养制度柔性化、质量管理全程化。

A diversifying education programm model is a common needs for all society,education institutions and students,is a destinated route for the development of regional engineering institutions.When they are improving their undergraduate educating system,Huaiyin Institute of Technology dedicated their efforts in reforming their education models,set up a new unique diversifying education models which is proper to their education target.This new model makes a diversifying educating target,constructs a modelizing curricullum,diversifies their educating modes,modifies their education regulations,controls their education quality controling in all the process.
