摘要 免疫学这门生物医学的前沿课程,因其内容深奥难懂而加大了学生学习的难度,而面对学习背景参差不齐的生物学专业研究生,教师讲授这门课程的难度就更大。要解决以上难题,从学生学习背景与学习目的的特殊性出发,结合目前教育创新、改革的方向,从调动学生学习积极性、将理论学习与专题讲座相结合、开展讨论式教学等角度进行多种教学尝试将是可行之路。通过成功开设第一堂课、结合运用比喻手法及精心设计课堂提问,学生的学习积极性得到了很好地调动;通过开展专题讲座与讨论式教学,学生主动学习的能力得到了锻炼。以上方法适用于生物专业研究生免疫学课程的教学,同时也为同类课程的开设提供了借鉴。 Immunology is a very important biomedical subject.Its profound knowledge make it be a difficult course in graduate education,especially for those students who know little about it.The trails including improving study enthusiasm,delivering special topic speeches and using argumentation teaching method should be useful routes to make it easier for students.The teaching practices proved that those methods,for example performing an interesting first class and applying analogies in teaching or designing questions to encourage students review learned knowledge,contribute to mobilizing students' study enthusiasm and enhancing their study ability.Those teaching experience should be very helpful to carry out other similar courses.
