摘要 运用多元分析方法定义了拓广表型方差(?)(generalized phenotypic variance),拓广遗传方差(?)(generalized genetic variance),拓广遗传力(?)(generalized heritability)和拓广遗传相关系数(?)(generalized genetic correlation coefficient): 这些参数可用来对多个数量性状总体的变异、协变异及不同组向量之间的相关性进行轮廓分析(profile analysis)。用棉花和紫花苜蓿的两个实例说明了这些参数的估算和应用。 Generalized phenotypic variance (p), genetic variance (g), heritability (h2) and genetic correlation coefficient (ρ) are defined as follows.where ——phenotypic covariance matrix——genetic covariance matrix or ——genetic covariance matrix between variable set 1 and 2 (or 2and or ——genetic covariance matrix of variable set 1 (or 2)λ——eigen valueρ——canonical correlation coefficientm——the number of quantitative traits.The profile analysis of variation, covariation of multiple traits and correlation between trait sets can be made by using the parameters above. Two examples about cotton and alfalfa are given to explain these new parameters' estimation and application.
