基于乳化柴油的对泵-管-嘴燃油系统影响的研究

摘要 研究了使用乳化柴油对柴油机泵-管-嘴燃油系统供油参数和关键部位的影响,在喷油泵试验台上进行了纯沪Ⅳ柴油E0和乳化柴油E10的泵-管-嘴燃油系统200 h对比试验,研究结果表明:与纯沪Ⅳ柴油E0相比,使用乳化柴油E10时,泵-管-嘴燃油系统的系统供油量增加,各测试转速下其随时间的变化率均值减小;喷油器开启压力变大,但其下降速率变快;喷油嘴偶件主要表面表面粗糙度下降幅度变大,且其流量系数有所增加。 The influence of emulsified diesel on fuel system was researched by carrying out 200 hours tests of the pump-pipe-nozzle fuel system using pure diesel and emulsified diesel.The results showed that: when using the emulsified diesel,compared with the pure diesel,systemic supplying of the pump-pipes-nozzle fuel system increased,and the mean values of the changing ranges decreased at each rotate speed,and opening pressure of the injectors became larger,but the decreasing rate of opening pressure became faster,while surface roughness of emulsified diesel injectors decreased faster,and a slight increasing in the flow coefficient was detected.
