摘要
以某型高压供油泵为模型,利用Hydsim软件进行仿真分析,研究了燃油可压缩性和泵油部件中柱塞腔余隙容积、电磁阀、回油螺钉以及出油阀等主要结构参数对供油泵容积效率的影响,为供油泵的进一步优化和提高容积效率提供理论依据。
This paper based on the model of a high pressure common-rail fuel injection pump. A set of hydraulic calculations simulating by using the software Hydsim were done. The effects of the compressibility of fuel, the clearance volume of plunger cavity, the solenoid valve, return screw and the outlet valve were analyzed, and the conclusion can give some support for the optimization design of the high pressure fuel injection pump and some useful means for increasing volume efficiency.
