摘要
根据泵-管-嘴式喷油系统的组成和各部件的特征,编写了系统各部分的连续方程和运动方程,建立了泵-管-嘴喷油系统的数学模型,以喷油泵和喷油嘴端参数作为其相应的边界条件进行求解,运用数值计算软件MATLAB进行编程模拟计算,程序运行后得到不同负荷、不同转速下的泵端与嘴端的压力曲线,并对之进行了比较分析。
Continuous and kinetic equations were created, and pump-pipe-injector model was established based on pump-pipe-injector characteristic. The equations were solved with parameters of pump and injector as boundary conditions, therefore simulation was carried out with numerical calculation program with MATLAB software. Contrast analysis was made for pump end and injector end pressure curves with different load and sneed.
