摘要
为实现民航飞机航材库存科学管理,将鲁棒控制理论与实际维修航材管理相结合,把"维修生产-库存-航材补充"系统看作一个广义物理系统,使用LMI鲁棒方差控制理论解决库存优化问题。针对实际轮胎库存建立了与LMI理论相应的系统模型;使用Matlab工具完成了库存鲁棒方差控制仿真研究。结合航空公司实际航材损耗过程中存在的不确定性,综合考虑对输出量方差、控制量等限制因素,适当选取系统并设计参数,采用鲁棒方差控制可以控制航材库存量方差在较低的水平上,从而降低平均库存量,达到减小维修管理成本的目的。研究工作密切结合航空公司实际,以实际运行数据为基础,其研究思路和结果可供各航空公司的机务维修管理部门参考。
To realize the scientific management of civil aviation supply inventory, the robust control theory is combined with actual aviation supply maintenance management to deal with the " maintenance production-inventory-aviation supplies complementarity" system, which is viewed as a generalized physical system. By using the LMI robust variance control theory, the inventory optimization problem is solved. LMI system model is established for actual tire inventory. The robust variance control simulation study is completed using the Matlab tool. To the uncertainty existing in the process of actual aviation supply loss, the output variance, control volume and other con- straints are comprehensively considered. By selecting system and designing parameter appropriately, the variance can be controlled at a relatively low level using the robust variance control. The average inventory is reduced correspondingly, and the purpose of reducing the cost of maintenance and management is achieved. Based on the actual operating data, the research ideas and results are good for each airline aircraft maintenance management.
