目的:探讨临床中药应用中不良反应原因及对策。方法:对以往发生的中药不良反应的原因进行分析,对毒性中药的合理使用对策进行讨论。结果:中药的不良反应既有中药本身的原因,也有对中药认识及制用不当的问题。结论:建立、健全中药不良反应监测机制和研究技术平台,制定合理的中药使用规范,普及有关中药的不良反应知识,以确保临床用药安全有效。

Objective：To study the clinical application and reason of Chinese traditional medicine adverse reactions.Methods：Past cases of traditional Chinese medicine adverse reaction were analysed,the rational use of poison traditional Chinese medicine are discussed.Results：Chinese medicine adverse reaction has the reason itself of the traditional Chinese medicine,the deviation of knowledge about Chinese medicine and the improper use.Conclusion：To set up the monitoring mechanism and the research technology platform of the traditional Chinese medicine adverse reaction,make rational use standard of traditional Chinese medicine,popularize the relevant Chinese medicine adverse reaction of knowledge,in order to ensure that clinical drug is safe and effective.
