滋阴清热法治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Nourishing Yin and Clearing Heat Therapy for Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

目的:探讨滋阴清热法治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效。方法:临床选取60例患者按随机数字表法平均分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用优降糖、阿斯匹林治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上给以滋阴清热中药汤剂治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结果:有效率对照组66.8%,治疗组95.8%。结论:滋阴清热中药汤剂结合西药治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床疗效良好。

Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of nourishing yin and clearing heat therapy for proliferative diabetic retinopathy.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,the control group used the glibenclamide,aspirin therapy,group therapy based on the western medicine treatment were given Ziyin Qingre Decoction of Chinese medicine treatment.Results：The efficiency rate was 66.8% in the control group,treatment group 95.8%.Conclusion：Clinical curative effect of Nourishing Yin and clearing heat decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy is good.
