丹芪蒲藤汤治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Danqiputeng Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

目的:观察丹芪蒲藤汤治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将156例慢性盆腔炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组78例,口服中药治疗;对照组78例,用西药治疗,7 d为1疗程。2疗程后评定疗效。结果:2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);中药治疗可明显改善下腹及腰骶疼痛、痛经、白带量多等主要临床症状(P<0.05)。结论:中药治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Qidanputeng decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods：156 patients with chronic pelvic inflammation of the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group 78 examples,using oral Chinese medicine treatment;78 cases of control group,using western medicine treatment,7 d for 1 treatment course.2 course doing evaluation.Results：Two groups of comparisons have significant difference（P0.05）;Chinese medicine therapy can improve obviously lower abdomen and lumbar di pain,dysmenorrhea,leucorrhea quantity and other major clinical symptoms（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese medicine therapy for chronic pelvic inflammation curative effect is distinct.
