针刺结合推拿手法治疗坐骨神经痛的临床研究

The Clinical Study of Acupuncture Combined with Manipulation Maneuver on the Sciatica

目的:观察针刺结合推拿手法治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将96例坐骨神经痛患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组采用腰椎牵引、超短波治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上结合针刺推拿治疗。应用目测类比评分法评估治疗前及治疗2周后的疼痛程度,对比治疗2周后各组临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,两组止痛效果明显优于治疗前(P<0.01);观察组止痛效果以及治愈率、有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在腰椎牵引和超短波治疗基础上,针刺结合推拿手法治疗坐骨神经痛临床疗效更为显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with manipulation maneuver on the sciatica.Methods：96 patients suffered from the sciatica were randomly divided into two groups：control group（acquired lumbar traction and ultrashort wave therapy）and observation group（acupuncture combined with manipulation maneuver）,48 patients in each group.After two weeks,the pain degree were evaluated by the visual analogue scale（VAS） and the clinical efficacy was assessed in the two groups.Results：After two weeks of treatment,the pain degree of the two groups were obviously alleviated in contrast to pretreatment（P0.01）,and the clinical efficacy was significantly improved in observation group than that in control group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with manipulation maneuver can significantly relieve the pain and promote the clinical efficacy in patients of the sciatica.
