神经生长因子与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性及针灸干预作用的研究进展

Study Progress of Nerve Growth Factor and Diabetes Peripheral Neuropathy Correlation and Acupuncture Intervention

目的:探讨神经生长因子与糖尿病周围神经病变的相关性及针灸干预作用。方法:基于近10年临床及实验研究文献,从糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的发病与治疗两方面,探讨了神经生长因子(NGF)与本病的密切相关性,表明神经生长因子对神经的再生、修复具有重要作用。DPN病变时表现为NGF水平的明显下降。结果与结论:针灸对NGF的表达有一定促进作用,其改善本病临床症状、体征及神经传导速度的效应机制,可能与提高NGF含量,促进周围神经保护有关。

Objective：To study the correlation of nerve growth factor and diabetic peripheral neuropathy and acupuncture intervention role.Methods：based on nearly 10 years clinical and experimental research literature,from ailability and treatment of diabetes and peripheral neuropathy,this paper discusses the close relationship between nerve growth factor with the disease,NGF play an important role in the neural regeneration and repair.Aailability lesions for NGF levels of performance to decline significantly.Results and conclusion：The expression of acupuncture to NGF has a role in promoting the improvement,effect mechanism of improving the clinical symptoms,signs and nerve conduction velocity has something to do with the content of NGF protecting peripheral nerve.
