撑绿杂交竹根腐病的病原鉴定

Pathogen identification of root rot of Bambusa pervariabilis×dendrocalamopsis daii

根腐病是撑绿杂交竹Bambusa pervariabilis×Dendrocalamopsis daii上一种主要病害,通过致病性测定以及菌落形态、菌落生长速率、菌落颜色、分生孢子大小及分生孢子梗等形态学观察,初步鉴定病原为尖孢镰孢菌Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht.;进一步对其DNA进行PCR扩增、测序,得到1条476 bp的单一条带,经过同源性分析,结果与形态学观察一致,最终证明引起撑绿竹根腐病的致病菌是尖孢镰孢菌。此结果为国内首次报道。

Root rot was an important disease in Bamdusa pervariabilis x Dendrocalamopsis daii. The pure strain of the pathogen was separated from the diseased organization. By means of pathogenicity determination and the morphological observation of colonial morphology, growth rate and color as well as conidial size, and conidiophores, the pathogen was preliminarily identified as Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. DNA of the strain was amplified and sequenced by PCR and a single band 476bp was gained. The results of molecular detection and morphology observation all showed that Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht. was the pathogen of root rot disease. It was first reported in China.
