榆近脉三节叶蜂生物学研究与防治试验初报 被引量:2

摘要 榆近脉三节叶蜂Aproceros leucopoda Takeuchi危害多种榆树,属河北分布新记录种,在河北丰宁地区对白榆Ulmus pumila造成严重危害。采用1.2%烟碱.苦参碱乳油、3%高渗苯氧威乳油、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯乳油3种药剂喷雾和喷烟防治3~4龄幼虫,喷雾48 h后,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯3 000倍液和4 000倍液,3%高渗苯氧威3 000倍液和3 500倍液,4种浓度防治效果都达到92%以上,且彼此之间无差异,其中以4.5%高效氯氰菊酯3 000倍液防治效果最好;1.2%烟碱.苦参碱乳油各浓度和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯5 000倍液防治效果较差。喷烟48 h后,4.5%高效氯氰菊酯10倍和3%高渗苯氧威8倍防治效果最好,分别达到95.7%和91.8%;4.5%高效氯氰菊酯20倍、3%高渗苯氧威12倍和1.2%烟碱.苦参碱乳油8倍三者之间防治效果无差异。考虑经济和生态价值,防治榆近脉三节叶蜂幼虫喷雾用4.5%高效氯氰菊酯4 000倍液或3%高渗苯氧威3 000倍液,喷烟用4.5%高效氯氰菊酯20倍和3%高渗苯氧威12倍液效果较好。 Aproceros leucopoda Takeuchi( Hymenoptera: Argidae) was a new record species in Hebei Province,which caused serious damage on Ulmus pumila in Fengning. Control experiments were made against the larvae in the 3rd and 4th instars with nicotine matrine 1.2% EC,high permeation Fenoxycarb 3% EC, high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5% EC by smoke-aerosolizing and spraying. The control effects of high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5% EC 3 000,4 000 times and high permeation Fenoxycarb 3% EC 3 000,3 500 times were up to 92. 00% 48 hours after the spraying. There was no significant difference among them. The control effect of high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5 % EC 3 000 times was the best while that of nicotine matrine 1.2% EC and high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5% EC 5 000 times were the worst. The control effects of high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5% EC 10 times and high permeation Fenoxycarb 3% 8 times reach 95.7% and 91.8% respectively 48 hours after smoke-aerosolizing. Considering the economic and ecological value, Spraying of high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5 % 4 000 times or high permeation Fenoxycarb 3% EC 3 000 times and smoke-aerosolizing of high efficient cypermethrin 4. 5 % 20 times or high permeation Fenoxycarb 3 % EC 12 times were the best alternatives.
