摘要
采用静置开放式培养法研究碳源、氮源、盐度、金属离子对白腐真菌降解苯胺蓝的影响。结果表明,菌株脱色最适降解条件为丙二酸2.0 g/L,氯化铵4.0 g/L,Cd2+0.10 mmol/L,盐浓度≤4.0 g/L,在上述培养条件下,对浓度为100 mg/L不灭菌的苯胺蓝溶液静止培养5 d,降解率达80%以上。因此,该菌对处理以苯胺蓝为主要成分的印染废水具有较好的应用潜力。
An experiment on the effect of carbon source,nitrogen source,metal ion and salinity on the degradation of aniline blue by Bjerkandera fumosa XX-3 was carried out under statically air-opened condition.The results showed that the optimum concentration for carbon source(malonate) was 2.0 g/L,4.0 g/L for nitrogen source(ammonium chloride),0.10 mmol/L for metal ion(cadmium),and less than 4.0 g/L for salinity.Under every optimum condition above,the decolorization rate of aniline blue could reach over 80% when the concentration of aniline blue was 100 mg/L.Thus,this strain had a good potential of treating dyeing wastewater dominated by aniline blue.
