电网运行面临的几个关键问题研究 被引量:7

摘要 电网的快速发展和大容量发输变电设备的投运给电网运行带来了新的挑战,也给早期一些电力系统准则的相关运行规定带来了新的问题。针对电网运行方式安排,提出应以第一级电网安全稳定标准为依据,合理安排潮流极限;针对600MW机组接入电网电压等级,提出应在送端电网接入220 kV以上电压等级电网,在受端电网可接入220 kV电压等级电网;针对500 kV变电站220 kV母线接线方式,提出随着500 kV大容量主变的投运,宜采用双母双分段接线方式;针对受端电网电气联系,提出受端电网主要受电设备电气联系不宜紧密。通过仿真算例进行证明和机理分析,结果表明,只有针对电网运行中不断出现的问题完善相应的指导准则,才能保证电网安全经济运行。 Rapid development of power system and the commissioning of power generation,transmission and transformation equipment in large capacity brings about new challenges to the power system.Also new problems have occurred to when it must be satisfied to power system operations rules which are established earlier.It is presented that power system operation mode arrangement must be in accordance with first-class security and stability criterion so as to make a reasonable arrangement of load power flow limits.It is indicated that 600 MW capacity of generator should be connected to above 220 kV voltage power network in exported system,while it can be connected to 220 kV voltage power network in import power system.For large capacity 500 kV transformers,it points out two generatrixes and two substations for 220 kV generatrixes mode of 500 kV substations may be adopted.It is indicated that the electrical connection mode of import equipment in load center power system should not be closely linked.The result by simulation samples and mechanism analysis shows that corresponding guidelines should be modified in respect to newly occurred problems to ensure a safe and economic operation of the power system.
