东北电网风电调度管理模式探讨

The Discussion on Management Pattern of Northeast Grid Wind Power

由于风电接网分布的不均匀,东北电网不同省级电网间,电网运行容量较小,风电运行容量所占比重较大的省份,往往最先达到消纳风电的瓶颈。相反电网运行容量较大,风电运行容量所占比重较小的省份,往往还可以进一步消纳风电。但是受现有联络线调度模式、旋转备用管理模式及相关配套制度的限制,使全区资源优势不能互补,在一定程度上消弱了东北全网的风电消纳能力。文中根据实际问题对新的风电调度管理模式进行探讨。

Because of uneven distribution of northeast power grid,for each different provincial power grid,grid operation capacity is small.For provincial grid of large proportion,wind often reaches the capacity for admitting.On the contrary,provincial grid,with smaller proportion,could also consume some wind power.But restrictions of existing contact line operating model,reserve model and other management model,the regional resources of the grid can not complement the capacity of admitting wind is weakened.This paper will discuss new wind power management model.
