阐述了省级农业科研单位后勤改革的难点,分析了省级农业科研单位后勤改革的经验和教训,针对省级农业科研单位特定环境和特定服务对象,提出了省级农业科研单位后勤改革模式及其对策。
The difficulties of logistics reform in provincial agricultural research institutions was analyzed; and the lessons and experiences were summarized. According to the specific environment and service object in provincial research institutions, the pattern and countermeasures of logistics reformation in these institutions were put forward.
