摘要
0 引言 目前，由于人类过度消耗化石燃料所导致的全球变暖已引起了世界范围的广泛关注。事实表明，全球变暖对社会经济的发展造成了严重的影响。公路建设行业作为窗口行业，具有很大的社会影响力，因此公路建设行业的节能降耗，对中国资源的可持续利用以及人与自然的和谐发展非常重要。
The cold recycling technology with foamed asphalt has been widely adopted since its introduction to China,and the technology is becoming mature.But the advantage of it in emission have not yet been measured. Considering the pressure in China's emission-reduction plan,the emission-reduction effect of cold recycling technology with foamed asphalt was evaluated.
