河南省护理本科生培养规模及影响因素分析

Analysis of undergraduate nursing training scale and influencing factors in Henan Province

摘要 目的调查河南省护理本科培养规模能否满足用人单位需求及培养规模的影响因素,为本省确定本科护理人才培养规模提供参考。方法自设问卷对河南12所护理本科院校,78家不同级别医院进行横断面调查。结果未来几年本科毕业生供应不能满足医院需求,平均每年缺口在3000人以上;用人单位对本科生的需求在所有层次中由2011年的26.95%增长到2015年60.30%;影响护理本科培养规模的前三位因素:主管部门政策、用人单位需求和护士工作待遇。结论河南省护理本科培养规模和招生比例需在政策的宏观调控下逐步扩大。 Objective To investigate whether the scale of undergraduate nursing training to meet the demand of hospitals and what impact the training scale of the factors,in order to provide a reference of undergraduate nursing training scale for Henan Province.Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey approach was taken,including 12 nursing colleges,78 hospitals.Results The supply of graduates can not meet the needs of the hospital in the next few years,and have a gap in more than 3000 demand every year.Employer demand proportion for undergraduate increase to 60.30% in 2015 from 26.95% in 2011.The top three affecting factors of undergraduate nursing training: department policy,employer needs and nurses remuneration.Conclusion The scale of training and recruitment of undergraduate nursing ratio to be in the macro-control policy gradually expanded in Henan Province.
