摘要
目的:分析我国政府卫生支出规模的影响因素。方法:利用1997—2009年各省市的数据,采用面板数据回归模型对我国政府卫生支出进行分析。结果:各省市政府卫生支出对国内生产总值的弹性估计,除海南省外,均保持了0.01以上的显著性水平;对财政支出的弹性估计,在0.1的水平下,8个省市具有显著性。结论:国内生产总值为我国政府卫生支出的主要影响因素。
Objective： To analyze the influence factors of government heahh expenditure in China. Method： The influence factors were analyzed with the panel-data model through using the data of all provinces form 1997 to 2009. Results： The estimation of elasticity of government health expenditure to GDP was all significant above 0.01 except Hainan Province; and there were 8 provinces were significant below 0.1. Conclusions： The main influence factor of government health expenditure in China was GDP.
