摘要
通过结合国内外研究成果,构建了一套科学的医疗保障水平测定方法。进而以江苏省3个样本市为例,主要对其发生重大疾病的患者医疗保障水平进行了深入分析,得出了其医疗保障水平现状,并最终为提升医疗保障水平提出了意见和建议。
Through research results at home and abroad, a set of medical insurance level measurement method is constructed. Through taking 3 sample cities in Jiangsu Province, medical insurance level of patients with critical illness is analyzed deeply. The situation of the local health insurance level is found. At last, some pieces of suggestion to improve health insurance level are proposed.
