摘要
针对河北华电石家庄热电有限公司锅炉水冷壁泄漏爆管问题,通过分析磨损形式及磨损原因,认为冲刷是水冷壁爆管的主要原因,提出采取水冷壁让管改造和增加防磨台的措施,介绍改造实施过程及效果,并提出注意事项。
Aiming at leakage of water wall in boiler of Hebei Huadian Shiajiazhuang Thermal Power Co.Ltd.,this paper analyzes the wear type and wear causes and considers that the main cause is erosion,and introduces the measures those are water wall giving away and adding anti-wear platform,proposes reformation process and its effects,and advances the mentions.
