摘要
针对1台110kV变压器高压侧绕组直流电阻严重超标情况,介绍利用远红外检测方法判断缺陷部位的过程,并对该缺陷原因进行分析,认为引线头与导电帽连接未锁紧使导电部位无法可靠接触,引起绕组过热是导致直流电阻严重超标的原因,并提出相应的改进建议。
This paper summarizes a 110 kV transformer winding DC resistance of seriously overweight,introduces the process of estimating defect parts with far-infrared examination method,and analyzes the cause,considers that the cause is no locking between the wire and conductor cup is leading to conducting part not touch reliably,so as to windings over-heating,and proposes the corresponding improvement measurement.
