中国科学院专利管理模式研究

Study on Patent Management Pattern of Chinese Academy of Sciences

首先介绍了美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)、德国马普学会(MPG)和法国国家科学研究中心(CNRS)的专利管理模式,然后对中国科学院(CAS)的专利申请、授权与实施管理进行实证研究,并与NIH进行了对比,最后,建议中国科学院对其专利实行集中式管理.

First, this paper introduces the patent management pattern of National Institute of Health （NIH）, Max-Planck-Gesellschaft （MPG） and National Center for Scientific Research （CNRS）. Then empirical study is carried on the patent application and implementation of Chinese Academy of Sciences （CAS）, also comparison is made between CAS and NIH. Finally, suggestion is made that CAS should adopt centralization on its patent management.
