摘要
凉果是一种水果制品,目前在南方一些城市已发展成为食品产业的一个分支。凉果工艺在带来经济效益的同时也给环境带来一定的影响。通过对原凉果废水性质的研究,采用七水合硫酸亚铁混凝剂对凉果废水进行混凝沉降处理。为了强化废水处理的效果,实验研究了混凝剂七水合硫酸亚铁的最佳用量。实验表明:七水合硫酸亚铁混凝剂对凉果废水处理处理效果一般。采用七水合硫酸亚铁400 mg/L处理凉果废水的效果最佳,废水的COD去除率达到44.76%,出水COD可以降至1 158.84 mg/L。
The preserved fruit is a fruit product, now some cities in the south of China have developed it into a branch of the food industry. Preserved fruits production not only increases economic benefits but also brings some impact to the environment. In this paper, p~'operties of the preserved fruit wastewater were analyzed, and the ferrous sulfate heptahydrate coagulation sedimentation process was used to treat the wastewater. In order to improve treatment effect,the best dosage of ferrous sulfate heptahydrate was investigated. The results show that when ferrous sulfate heptahydrate is 400 mg/L, the best treatment effect can be gained as follows : COD removal rate reaches 44.76%, the effluent COD can be reduced to 1 158.84 mg/L.
