摘要
采用二乙醇胺部分开环双酚A型环氧树脂利用化学水性的方法制备了一系列具有良好水分散性能的自乳化水性环氧树脂乳液。研究了二乙醇胺/环氧基摩尔比值(理论开环量)对水性环氧树脂乳液各项物理性能的影响;通过紫外-可见光谱测试了乳液的光学透明性,通过红外谱图(FT-IR)表征了所制备的水性环氧树脂的结构。结果表明,当环氧树脂中环氧基的开环量大于40%时,得到的微黄色透明的水溶性环氧树脂乳液具有较好的稳定性。同时,随着理论开环量的增加,各水性产品的粒径减小,但粒径分布指数变化不大,粘度和表面张力均有所增大。
A series of waterborne epoxy emulsions were prepared by reaction of bisphenol-A epoxy resin with diethanolameine. Some physical properties of the emulsion were measured. The UV-Vis spectrum was used to investigate the optical transmittance, and the structure was characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy. The results indicate that yellowish water-soluble epoxy emulsion with well stability can be obtained when the ring-opening of the epoxy group of the bisphenol-A epoxy resin is more than 40%. Meanwhile, with the increase of the theoretic ring-opening, the particle size of each modified sample becomes small, while both the viscosity and the surface tension increase.
