The regeneration cycle of acetylene converter was 6-10 months in Fushun ethylene chemical plant in the past. Through operation optimization, strengthening careful management and adjusting main parameters, the selectivity of the catalyst has been maintained at a high level, and the regeneration cycle of acetylene converter reaches 21 months. The lon~ period operation of acetylene converter reduces cost and energv consumntion of Fushun ethvlene nlant.
