微波消解-ICP-AES/ICP-MS测定南果梨中微量元素 被引量:4

摘要 采用HNO3和H2O2的混合溶剂作为消解液微波消解南果梨样品,电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了南果梨中14种有益、有害微量元素Ca、Fe、K、Mg、P、Cu、B、Mn、Zn、Mo、Cr、Pb、Cd、As的含量。各元素标准曲线相关系数均大于0.999 3,标准偏差(RSD)最大值为5.12%(n=6),加标回收率在90.00%~110.00%之间,方法检出限:ICP-AES为0.003~0.1μg.mL-1;ICP-MS为0.001~0.05μg.mL-1。实验表明,南果梨中有害元素含量均远低于我国水果重金属最高允许限量标准。此方法简便、快速,适用于南果梨中微量元素的测定。 The trace elements Ca,Fe,K,Mg,P, Cu,B,Mn,Zn,Mo,Cr,Pb,Cd and As in Nanguo pear were determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES)and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion.The linear correlation coefficient (r) of each linear regression equation for the corresponding element is over 0.9993, and each relative standard deviation (n=6) is below 5.12%. the recoveries of the method are in the range of 90.00%~110.00%.The detection limit of ICP-AES is in the range of 0.003~0.1 la g.mL-l,and that of ICP-MS is in the range of 0.001~0.05 la g.mLlfor all elements. The experiment results show that the concentrations of Cr, Pb,Cd and As are lower than the maximum allowable levels of heavy metals in fruits. The proposed method is rapid and convenient, and it is suitable for the determination of trace elements in Nanguo pear.
