Development of the series products of Eucommia ulmoides Olive.leaves by the combining technique of microfluidization nanometer refining and complex biological enzymolysis

摘要 以杜仲叶为原料,利用纳米细化和复合生物酶解技术开发杜仲全叶系列产品,将杜仲叶中的粗纤维加工成细小的微晶纤维素,解决了食用时渣状口感,同时这些细小的微晶纤维素具有很强的吸附作用,能充分吸附杜仲叶中的活性成分并保护其不被破坏,全面利用杜仲全叶有效成分。处理后的杜仲叶通过配料、杀菌、灌装、造粒干燥和压片等技术处理,进一步加工成杜仲全叶汁、杜仲全叶冲剂和杜仲全叶咀嚼片等系列产品,符合天然、健康、营养的食品发展趋势,为杜仲叶的有效利用提供了一条新途径。 In this paper, three health products of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves were produced by the combining technique of microfluidization nanometre refining and complex biological enzymolysis. The crude fiber in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves were processed into tiny microcrystalline cellulose, which has the strong function of sorption and protection for active components in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves. At the same time, it was settled the uncomfortable palate and fully utilized the active constitutents. After treatment, three health products, the Eucommia ulmoides leaves juice, the Eucommia ulmoides leaves medicinal instant granules and the Eucommia ulmoides leaves chewable tablets, were processed by ingredients, sterilization, canning, drying and tableting. It is consistent with the tendency of nature, health and nutrition, and lead to a new way for the effective utilization of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. leaves.
