摘要
研究了蔗髓稀酸水解条件对木糖、L-阿拉伯糖得率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,用正交实验法对水解条件进行优化。实验结果表明:在液固比15:1、硫酸浓度2.0%、温度120℃、时间60 min水解条件下,木糖得率最大为25.93%,L-阿拉伯糖得率最大为4.22%。
This paper researched the effect of bagasse pith hydrolyzing conditions on its yield of xylose and L- arabinose which was catalysted by diluted acid. Based on singal factor experiment, orthogonal factor experiment was employed, and the results showed as follows: liquid- solid ratio 15:1, sulfuric acid concentration 2.0%, temperature 120 ℃, time 60 min. Under these optimum condtions, xylose and L- arabinose obtained their maximum yields 25.93% and 4.22%, respectively.
