摘要
建立双波长分光光度法测定罗非鱼发色池水中一氧化碳含量的方法。以牛血红蛋白溶液结合水中溶解的一氧化碳,采用双波长分光光度法进行比色,选定了测定波长为431 nm和420nm。结果表明,本方法操作简单,精密度较好,水中一氧化碳浓度在0~0.15 mg/L范围内含量的增加与HbCO%有较好的线性关系(R2=0.9973),方法的检出限为0.23μg/L(K=3),平均标准加入回收率为98.0%~112.2%。
A rapid method was developed for the analysis of carbon monoxide content in the water by dual--wavelength spectrophotometry. The presented approach utilised the bovine hemoglobin solution combining with carbon monoxide in the water and then detected by dual--wavelength spectrophotometry, and the determination wavelength are 431 nm and 420 nm. The carbon monoxide content increased proportionally to the percentage composition of HbCO in the range of 0-0.15mg/L(R2=0.9973); and the detection limit of the method was 0.23 ug/L(K=3); the recoveries were 98.0%-112.2%. The results show that the method is simple, and has good precision.
