摘要
利用太空诱变获得的优良菌种黑曲霉ZM-8及啤酒酵母YB-6和白地霉、热带假丝酵母配制成的复合菌,固态发酵苹果渣玉米秸秆混合料.结果表明,苹果渣玉米秸秆混合料各成分最适宜的配比为:苹果渣70%,玉米秸秆10%,麸皮15%,辅料5%.通过正交试验确定的最适辅料配方为:尿素2g,硫铵2g,食盐1g.复合菌的最佳配方为:黑曲霉突变株ZM-8(Asp.niger ZM-8)0.5g,啤酒酵母YB-6(Sac.cerevisiae YB-6)1.5g,白地霉菌(Geotrichum can-didum)1.0g,热带假丝酵母(Candida tropicalis)1.5g,在此条件下,发酢产物中粗蛋白的含量达28.2%.
In this study,the apple pomace and corn stalks mixture was fermented by compound mutagenic strains,Aspergillus niger ZM-8,Saccnaromyces cerevisiae YB-6,Candida tropicalis and Geotrichum candidum,to produce feed protein.The results showed the optimum proportion of mixture was: apple pomace 70%,corn stalks 10%,bran 15% and accessories 5%.The optimum auxiliary materials were as follows:2 g urea,2 g ammonium sulphate and 1 g salt.And the optimum proportion of compound strains was: 0.5 g Aspergillus niger ZM-8,1.5 g Saccnaromyces cerevisiae YB-6,1.0 g Geotrichum candidum and 1.5 g Candida tropicalis.Under all these optimum conditions,the crude protein content of the products reached to 28.2%.
