不同配比基质对黄瓜穴盘幼苗生长的影响 被引量:16

摘要 以腐熟的玉米秸秆、牛粪、蛭石、草炭为材料,按一定比例制成5种不同配比的复合基质,以黄瓜为试材进行穴盘育苗试验,研究了复合基质的理化性状和对黄瓜育苗的应用效果.结果表明:5种基质理化性质良好,均符合育苗基质要求,但不同基质对黄瓜幼苗的影响存在显著差异,其中以草炭∶玉米秸秆∶牛粪∶蛭石=2∶2∶4∶2配比基质的黄瓜幼苗在生物量、生理特性和塞子苗质量等方面均优于对照及其他处理. Five substrates were prepared,according to the differrnt proportions of fermented core straw,cattle manure,vermiculite and peatmoss.The physical and chemical traits of substrate were determind,and the apphication effects of cucumberseedling were also studied.The results indicated that the physical and chemical characteristics of all substrates were good and satisfied for the general requirements of growing media.There were significant differences in the effects of different substrates on cucumber seedlings.Among all the treatments,the treatment of the substrate V(peat):V(core straw):V(cattle manure):V(vermiculite)=2:2:4:2 was significantly better than other treatments and control in the plant growth,physiological property and the plug-seedling.
