摘要
通过对管材无凹模冲孔工艺的研究情况进行分析,根据无凹模冲孔的工艺特点,提出了利用激光冲击波实现管材无凹模激光冲孔工艺的概念,并论证了该工艺的可行性与先进性。采用非线性显式动力学有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,模拟了管材无凹模激光冲孔的动态过程,对冲孔过程的应力应变情况进行了分析,并绘制了应力、应变时间历程曲线和冲孔过程中的能量变化曲线,为管材激光冲孔试验研究和工艺优化提供依据,开辟了管材无凹模冲孔技术的新工艺。
Based on analysis of current research situation of piercing free of die on pipe and its process characteristics, a new concept that piercing free of die via laser shock wave was proposed. By using nonlinear explicit dynamic finite element software of ANSYS/ LS-DYNA, the dynamic process of piercing free of die by laser was simulated, the stress and strain during piercing were analyzed and the stress and strain time history curves and energy curves were drawn.
