介绍了某汽车保险杠注射模的斜顶块结构,利用UG软件中的Motion对所设计的弯形方导杆结构进行运动分析和优化,解决了运动过程中斜顶块和动模型腔板干涉问题,最终得到了合理的模具结构,减少了试模、修模次数,缩短了模具的交货期,降低了成本。
An injection mould was designed for a car bumper in which angle ejecting block and square guide bar were applied. Then the UG software was used to analyze and optimize the moving process of the square guide bar and the jamming problem was solved.
