摘要
黄河中上游为我国重要的能源化工区,在我国能源发展格局中的地位十分突出,多年来为保障我国能源安全发挥了重要作用。然而由于水资源短缺、生态环境脆弱严重制约了区域经济社会的发展。分析区域经济社会发展的趋势及对水资源的需求,考虑多种水资源调控措施,针对未来不同水平年黄河中上游能源化工产业区水资源供需形势,提出了南水北调西线工程缓解水资源短缺的建议。
The upper and middle reaches of the Yellow River is one of the vital energy resources and chemical bases in China, and has played a crucial role in energy development and ensuring energy safety of our country. However, water shortage and fragile eco-environment has been a bottleneck that slows clown economic and social development in the region. Under the evaluation of water demand of energy and chemical industries of different years, the proposal of initiating West Route Scheme of South-North Water Diversion is made for satisfying the water demand in the future.
