Strategic Considerations for Technological Innovation of Tubular Goods

文章介绍了中国石油集团石油管工程技术研究院"十一五"期间加强技术创新所采取的管理举措及取得的成效,并在分析石油管工程技术发展形势的基础上,提出了"十二五"期间实施七大战略,即:关键技术战略、集成创新战略、合作创新战略、知识产权战略、标准化战略、人才发展战略和创新文化战略,以及加快石油管工程技术创新的对策建议。

This paper demonstrates the management measures and achievements of CNPC Tubular Goods Research Institute in technological innovation during the '11th Five-Year Plan' period,and puts forward proposals on accelerating technological creation of tubular goods and seven key strategies to be implemented during the '12th Five-Year Plan' period,i.e.the strategy of critical techniques,the strategy of integrated innovation,the strategy ofcooperative innovation,the strategy of intellectual property,the strategy of standardization,the strategy of talents development,and the strategy of innovative culture,based on analyzing the development trends of tubular goods.
