摘要 近年来,地方政府债务问题已成为影响中国经济长期稳定增长不可忽视的重要因素。本文从国际和国内两方面,讨论地方政府债务研究相关最新进展,在对比分析国内外研究的基础上,提出推动国内相关研究的一些建议。
