乳腺硬化性腺病的超声表现及误诊分析

Features of mammary sclerosing adenosis by ultrasound and analysis of misdiagnosis

目的总结乳腺硬化性腺病的声像图表现并分析其误诊原因。方法对7例乳腺硬化性腺病患者的临床及声像图资料进行回顾性分析。结果乳腺硬化性腺病声像图表现为:(1)病灶多为椭圆形或分叶状肿物,边界清楚。(2)病灶多为不均匀低回声,后方回声增强,部分可见侧方声影,后方回声衰减少见。(3)病灶多较小。(4)病灶内部血供稀少。本组7例患者超声均误诊。结论乳腺硬化性腺病声像图具有一定的特征,但由于诊断医师对此病认识不足多被误诊。

Objective To summarize the features of mammary sclerosing adenosis by ultrasound,and analyze the reason of misdiagnosis. Methods Seven patients with histopathologically proven mammary sclerosing adenosis were included in the study. The clinical and findings by ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively. Results The features of sclerosing adenosis by ultrasound included：（1） oval or lobulated masses with clear margin. （2） heterogeneous hypo-echogenicity with posterior echo enhancement and lateral acoustic shadowing; Uncommon posterior acoustic attenuation. （3） a relatively small size. （4） rarely detection in the lesion by color Doppler flow. All of the 7 cases were misdiagnosed by ultrasound examination in the study. Conclusion Misdiagnosis was common in the mammary sclerosing adenosis by ultrasound imaging due to insufficient awareness of this disease.
