芦丁对耐力训练大鼠免疫和抗氧化功能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究芦丁对耐力训练大鼠免疫功能和抗氧化功能的影响.方法将39只wistar雄性大鼠随机分为2组:对照组19只大鼠进行4周耐力训练,在进行耐力训练的同时每两天以双蒸水灌胃;芦丁组20只大鼠在耐力训练的同时补充芦丁,通过灌胃给药,给药量为10mL/kg体重,每天灌胃一次.实验后测定大鼠WBC、LC、T(CD3+)、MDA、GSH、SOD、IL-2、IL-6.结果芦丁组GSH、SOD、IL-2与对照组相比明显升高,而MDA、IL-6明显低于对照组.结论芦丁具有抗氧化功能和调节免疫的作用. Objective To investigate the effects of rutin on immune and antioxidative functionin of rat with endurance trainings.39 male rats were randomly divided into sports group and sports and rutin group.The sports group underwent endurance training with treadmill.The sports and rutin group had taken rutin with endurance training.Index of WBC、LC、T cell(CD3+)、MDA、GSH、SOD、IL-2、IL-6 for two groups were measured.Results GSH、SOD、 IL-2 of the sports and Rutin group were significant higher than those of the control group.MDA、IL-6 of the sports and rutin group were significant lower than those of the control group.conclusion Rutin has antioxidative and immunoregulatory actions.
