摘要
目的研究景天三七醇提物的体外抗菌作用.方法采用试管稀释法测定景天三七醇提物对14种常见病原菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC).结果景天三七醇提物对11种细菌有不同程度的抗菌作用,而对3种真菌的抑菌效果较差.结论景天三七醇提物有体外抗菌作用.
Objective To study the bacteriostasis of Sedum aizoon L.in vitro.Methods The tube broth methods were used to investigate the anti-bacteral effects for 14 strains of bacteria commonly,then the results ware compared with those of traditional herbs-coptis chinensis.Results Sedum aizoon L.was shown to exert definite bacteriostatic effects on 11 strains of bacteria while no effect to 3 strains of fungus.Conclusion Sedum aizoon L.holds significant anti-bacteral effects on common pathogens in vitro.
