Premier Zhou Enlai,as a great proletarian revolutionist and one of the earliest leaders of the Chinese Communist Party,was Chairman Mao Zedong＇s trustworthy friend and capable assistant.During the formation and development of Mao＇s theory of party building,Zhou offered profound insights many times,which formed an essential part of Mao＇s theory of party building.His ideas contributed substantially to the development of CPC as the ruling party,covering almost every area of party building,including the Party＇s ruling philosophy,politics,organizational structure,working style and party members＇ self improvement.
