摘要
实施大学生"村官"工程的目的是为农村输送人才,给我国新农村建设注入新活力,因此,构建大学生"村官"长效工作机制已经成为当前的关键。世界各国特别是发达国家在发展农业、建设农村的过程中,几乎都不同程度地遇到过人才不足的问题,所以,借鉴国外的成功经验,对构建我国大学生"村官"长效机制必然会有所裨益。
The project of selecting college students as village leaders(CSVLs) serves for the purpose of providing talents for the countryside.The key of such an undertaking lies in the building of a long-term mechanism through which the CSVLs can stay and work in the countryside.Judging from the experience other countries,most of them have encountered the shortage of talents in the development of agriculture and the rural area.Therefore,we should learn from their success to fulfill our goal.
