幼儿马凡综合征合并先天性主动脉瓣二叶畸形超声表现一例
摘要
患儿男，2岁7个月。外院诊断马凡综合征，近2个月心力衰竭加重就诊。患儿为足月，剖宫产，否认家族史。生后随访即发现生长发育迟缓，易反复呼吸道感染。患儿7个月发现视力差，1岁4个月时行眼科检查示：家族性渗出性视网膜病变，晶状体不全脱位。1岁6个月外院心脏超声检查诊断为马凡综合征。
