临床路径应用于胎膜早破患者的效果评价

Effectiveness evaluation of clinical pathway used in premature rupture of fetal membranes patients evaluation

目的:探讨临床护理路径在胎膜早破患者的应用效果。方法:将100例胎膜早破的孕妇随机分为实验组(50例)和对照组(50例),实验组按临床路径流程实施诊疗、护理方法,对照组采用传统医疗护理方法。结果:实验组平均住院费用、病情知晓率、产前、产后感染率等明显低于对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义(u=12.1,χ2=56.3,χ2=34.1,u=14.7,均P<0.01)。结论:按临床护理路径流程实施诊疗、护理,可降低住院费用及产前、产后感染率,提高患者满意度。

Objective： To discuss the application effects of clinical nursing pathway in premature rupture of fetal membranes patients. Methods： 100 cases premature rupture of fetal membranes pregnant women were randomly divided into test group （50 cases） and control group （50 cases）. The test group was taken the clinical nursing method according to clinical pathway process, the control group was taken traditional medical and nursing methods. Results： The average costs in hospital, disease awareness, infection rates before and after delivery in test group were less than control group, with statistically significant （u=12.1, χ2=56.3, χ2=34.1, u=14.7, all P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The implementation of the clinic and nursing according to clinical nursing pathway process can reduce the costs in hospital and infection rates before and after delivery and improve patient satisfaction.
