摘要
目的:探讨利用中医菜单式服务的护理干预模式对于社区糖尿病患者的疗效评价。方法:对照组患者采用常规口服降糖药物、定期复查、控制饮食等方法进行社区护理;研究组患者在对照组的常规护理外,均采用菜单式服务中医护理干预模式。结果:研究组患者的疗效明显优于对照组,其有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(74.29%);两组患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2BG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在分别进行干预后均有了明显降低;干预后研究组的FBG、P2BG、HbA1c值均低于对照组。结论:采用中医菜单式护理干预对于社区糖尿病患者有效降低血糖具有良好疗效,且比常规的使用降糖药物和定期复诊的护理干预方法具有更显著的效果。
Objective: To discuss the effects of traditional menu-service in community diabetic patients. Methods: The patients in control group were given general nursing, as oral hypoglycemic agents, periodic review, diet, and so on. The patients in study group were given nursing with menu-service based on the methods of control group. Results: The effect in study group was obviously better than control group, the efficient (93.75%) was higher than control group (74.29%). The FBG, P2BG and HbAlc declined after nursing, but the value in study group was lower than control group. Conclusion: The menu-care has a good effect to reduce blood glucose for community diabetic patients, and it has more significant effects than the general nursing method.
