风险管理在胸腰椎骨折伴多发性肋骨骨折手术护理中的应用

Risk management in thoracolumbar fractures with multiple rib fractures nursing care

目的:探讨风险管理在胸腰椎骨折伴多发性肋骨骨折行脊柱内固定术中的应用效果。方法:将2009年1月实施风险管理以前的30例胸腰椎骨折伴多发性肋骨骨折行脊柱内固定术患者作为对照组,2009年2月实施风险管理后的28例胸腰椎骨折伴多发性肋骨骨折行脊柱内固定术患者作为观察组,比较两组患者护理风险发生的情况。结果:观察组患者的护理风险发生情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在胸腰椎骨折伴多发性肋骨骨折行脊柱内固定术中应用风险管理程序能减少手术风险因素的发生,确保手术安全,有效提高手术护理质量。

Objective： To explore the application effect of the risk management in thoracolumbar fractures with multiple fractured ribs taken spinal fixed surgery. Methods： 30 patients of thoracolumbar fractures with multiple fractured ribs tak- en spinal surgery in January 2009 before the implementation of risk management were fixed as control group, 28 cases of thoracolumbar fractures with multiple fractured ribs taken spinal surgery in February 2009 after the implementation of risk management were fixed as observation group, the patient care risk between the two groups was compared. Results： The care risk of observation group happened obviously better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： In thoracolumbar fractures with multiple fractured ribs taken spinal surgery fixed apply the risk management process can reduce the occurrence of risk factors in surgery, ensure safety operation and improve the operation the quality of nursing.
