我院放疗科麻醉性镇痛药的应用分析

The application analysis of narcotics analgesics in Department of Radiotherapy of our hospital

目的:了解我院癌痛患者麻醉性镇痛药品使用情况,为临床合理使用麻醉性镇痛药提供依据。方法:采用用药频度(DDDs)分析法对2010年我院放疗科麻醉性镇痛药进行统计,并且对2010年每季度麻醉性镇痛药处方量及平均处方用量进行统计分析。结果:吗啡缓释片在2010年度麻醉药性镇痛药中DDDs排序第一。麻醉性镇痛药片剂的处方用量超过一日常用量。结论:我院癌痛患者使用麻醉性镇痛药基本合理,建议我院增加10 mg的吗啡口服制剂,临床医师应加强《处方管理办法》的学习并认真落实。

Objective： To understand the use of narcotic analgesics for cancer patients in our hospital and provide a basis for the rational use of narcotic analgesics in clinical practice. Methods： Narcotic analgesics of Department of Radiotherapy in our hospital in 2010 were statistic analyzed by defined daily dose method, and each quarter of 2010 the prescription dosage and the average prescription dosage were analyzed. Results： In 2010 the Morphine sustained release tablets in nar-cotic analgesics by DDDs ranked first in order. Narcotic analgesics prescribed amount of more than one tablet daily dosage. Conclusion： The use of narcotic analgesics in our hospital is rational on the whole, but it is need to increase Morphine oral agents 10 mg, clinical physicians should study and implement the Prescription Administrative Policy.
